Move With Grace was founded from personal experience and professional expertise. During her own pregnancy, Nancy recognised how difficult it was to access reliable, high-quality yoga support tailored specifically to the needs of mothers-to-be.
Nancy is a certified prenatal and postnatal yoga specialist, with additional certification in Anatomy & Physiology. Her work is informed by an evidence-based understanding of how the body changes during pregnancy and recovers after birth.
